Studio Policies
Payment & Packages
Pay-As-You-Go Sessions: Single lessons must be fully prepaid upfront via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle to reserve your scheduled time slot.
Commitment Packages: All packages must be paid in full. To encourage steady momentum and prevent prolonged gaps in training, packages carry a firm timeline boundary from the date of purchase:
6-Lesson Growth Packages expire 3 months after purchase.
12-Lesson Mastery Packages expire 6 months after purchase.
Unused sessions past the expiration date are forfeited, except in the event of severe medical or vocal emergencies.
Cancellation & Attendance
Your reserved hour is set aside exclusively for your voice. A strict 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
If a session is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, you may freely reschedule your lesson for another open date within your package timeframe.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, there is no option to reschedule and no refund will be issued. For package holders, the late cancellation will result in that lesson automatically being deducted from your remaining balance.
Please provide at least two weeks' notice if you plan to discontinue ongoing lessons so I can open the slot to waiting students.
Student Referrals
The ultimate compliment to our space is bringing your peers into the mix! For every new student you refer to the studio, a complimentary full lesson credit (valued at $150) will be automatically applied to your account as soon as they complete their first paid session or package commitment.
Sliding Scale & Studio Equity Pricing
I utilize a sliding-scale pricing model because I deeply understand that the value of a dollar is different for each and every one of us. To honor the incredible kindness and generosity shown to me by my own mentors when I was a student, I dedicate a portion of my active studio roster to flexible tuition structures.
Our confidential accessibility program is built on mutual trust and features two adjusted paths:
Supported Rate: A modified, confidential rate reserved for working artists, freelancers, and gig workers navigating fluctuating monthly budgets.
Community Rate: A significantly accommodated rate reserved for underemployed students or those experiencing acute financial hardship.
Because these rates are already deeply optimized to be as accessible as possible, they are billed on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis and cannot be combined with our multi-lesson package discounts.

Subsidized & Full-Tuition Scholarships
For highly driven vocalists experiencing extreme economic hardship where our standard sliding scale is still an absolute barrier, I offer a dedicated, application-based High-Assistance Program. This program includes a strict limit of 1–2 subsidized slots (flexible rates under $80) and one annual 100% free scholarship slot.
Because these slots are highly limited, there is a formal application process to qualify. Once accepted, recipients enter into an accountability partnership with the studio - meaning these spots are maintained through a high level of artistic commitment, regular practice, and strict adherence to our attendance standards.
